Below is an update on an equipment upgrade our web host will be preforming to help mitigate the downtime incident from last month should something like that happen again.

-The most significant impact under Supplier control was the failure of the storage array supporting the Virtual Private Server stack. The decision has been taken to transfer workload to a newer, faster, stack as a consequence. Planning is under way for a zero downtime migration of all workload to the newer platform
-Automatic Transfer Switches (“ATS”) devices are being deployed within all customer racks where single power feed devices are present to mitigate the risk associated with a single feed loss.
